Rundown/dynamic fixture
Rundown/dynamic fixture is for testing faster nut runner(electric,pneumatic torque wrench).
Rundown fixture make the nut runner slowly in order to avoid get a impact torque value.
Rundown fixture also can add disc spring to help slow down the speed.
